this is the 2nd time..they did this.
at sa kanila ko lang naranasan to.

i was supposed to order the cake on the left (goblins pie)
but she gave me the cake on the right (coffee toffee roca cake)

eh kasi pag nasa counter ka na..
they ask you to say the name of the cake
instead of pointing the cake you like
and so dutifully i read the label
na nakatapat dun sa cake na gusto ko
which at that time coffee toffee roca cake
eh ang crew nila napagbaligtad pala

and so i end up with the wrong cake
nagreklamo kami pero sabi ng cashier irritated
"eh mam eto po ang cake na sinabi niyo eh"
so sinagot namin siya in a nice way
"eh miss yan ang nakalagay sa label eh
pero eto ang gusto ko eh.."
(pointing to the goblins cake)
galit niyang sinabi...
"eh mam (holding up the coffee toffee roca cake)
eto po ang cake na sinabi niyo!!"
eh malate na kami and we dont want to argue
kaya we decided to again get the cake na binibigay niya
besides it seems like she doesnt want to change it

haysh...
second time they did this..
nung una nagreklamo kami
same thing sabi ng cashier in a rude tone ..
yan po ang sinabi niyo eh!!
like ako ang may kasalanan
plus when we checked the label pinalitan na nila
so wala kaming proof na mali sila..

sa dami-dami ng cake nila dun
at almost every day nagpapalit sila
would they expect us to memorize them all?!?!?


kaya ayoko nang bumalik dun.
kung gusto ko ng cake nila at hindi ko mapigilan sarili ko
i will ask someone else
picturan niya ang cake counter show it to me
at pipili ako ng gusto ko...
and that person better make sure to point the cake
and not say the name..
